2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across most U.S. states where vape products are permitted. Some flavored vape products may have restrictions in certain states. Customers are responsible for checking local laws before ordering.
3. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

6. What happens if my package is lost or my device is defective?
We offer optional Shipping & Device Protection during checkout for eligible orders.
Protected orders may qualify for a replacement or refund if a package is not delivered within 15 days after shipment or if a defective device claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue for claim review and approval.
7. Are your vape products authentic?
Yes. We only sell authentic products from trusted brands including RAZ, HQD, Foger, Lost Mary, Nexa, iGet and more.

However, customers who added Shipping & Device Protection during checkout may qualify for a replacement or refund for eligible lost packages or defective devices under our Protection Policy terms.
Claims for defective devices must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Supporting photos or videos may be required for claim approval.
