Shipping & Device Protection Policy

For health, safety, and manufacturer policy reasons, all disposable vape sales are considered final. Customers may optionally add Shipping & Device Protection for eligible orders.

Before completing checkout, customers will have the option to accept or decline Shipping & Device Protection for eligible orders.

To provide extra peace of mind, customers may choose optional Shipping & Device Protection during checkout. This protection may cover eligible lost packages and defective vape devices under the conditions below.

1. Lost Packages

Protected orders may qualify for a replacement or refund if the package has not been delivered within 15 days after shipment.

2. Defective Devices

Claims for defective vape devices must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Claim Requirements

To submit a claim, please contact us with:

• Order number  
• Description of the issue  
• Photos or video showing the defect

Approved claims may require the product to be returned in its original packaging.

Coverage Limitations

Shipping & Device Protection does not guarantee approval of every claim. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification.

Shipping & Device Protection does not cover issues resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

International Orders

For international orders, Shipping & Device Protection applies only to eligible claims specifically covered under this policy.

Customs delays, customs inspections, import restrictions, government seizures, confiscations, refused entry, or destruction of packages by customs authorities are generally not covered unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import regulations of their destination country before placing an order.
