We offer shipping across eligible U.S. states only.
Due to state and local regulations, we do not ship vape products to restricted jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
Adult signature may be required upon delivery for age-restricted products.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after our daily processing cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping estimates begin after the carrier accepts and scans the package, not when the order is placed.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and the selected shipping service.
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free U.S shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100.
We also offer local pickup in Miami.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, missed scans, or other factors outside of our control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, except for eligible orders with purchased Shipping Protection, which are handled according to our Shipping Protection Policy.
International Shipping
Pink Smoke Shop offers international shipping to select countries where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are legal to import, possess, and use in their destination country. Pink Smoke Shop is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, confiscated, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities or government agencies.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Customs Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Such delays are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
Shipping Protection
Customers who purchase Shipping Protection may be eligible for coverage of certain shipping-related issues in accordance with our Shipping Protection Policy. Coverage details, limitations, and claim requirements are outlined in the Shipping Protection Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
