Returns & Refunds

This return policy applies to orders within the United States only.

We accept returns within 7 days in the United States.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered items.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim at our discretion.

If approved, a replacement will be provided. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement product, store credit, or refund at Pink Smoke Shop's sole discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

International orders are generally not eligible for returns due to the nature of age-restricted products, international shipping regulations, and customs requirements.

Customs & Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws before placing an order.

Pink Smoke Shop is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, confiscated, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, government agencies, or local regulatory bodies.

Shipping Charges

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect a package, or provides incorrect shipping information resulting in the return of a package, shipping fees and any related carrier charges are non-refundable.

Any replacement, store credit, or refund issued under Shipping Protection will be subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and claim requirements outlined in the Shipping Protection Policy.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
